Dear Worship Enablers,
- Online Rosters with up to date information can be found here: http://wam.penangtrinity.org/rosters
- With the exception of Liturgists, we request that all worship enablers find own replacements before informing section heads & office. There are about 170 “musical chairs” ;) and your kind assistance will give WAM some breathing space.
- Some amendments have been made to the roster after receiving some requests from you. Do have a look to see if your slots are affected.
- Rostering process takes about a week and begins on even months (Feb, April, June … ).
- Please continue to inform section heads ahead of time if you have planned vacation / business trips / others to reduce the need for swaps.
